Free Shipping

Free shipping on US orders. Canada & EU orders over $200 ship free.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

USA: 7-15 business days
EU/UK: 8-15 business days
Canada/Australia: 10-18 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs or carrier delays. We’re not responsible for delays once the package leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

Don’t love it? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund. Product must be unused and in original packaging.

How Returns Work

1. Email us at support@oasisclicktech.comwith your order number
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label
3. Ship it back. Refund issued within 3-5 business days after we receive it

Exchanges
Need a different color or model? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as we get the return.

Damaged/Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or refund 100%. Send photos within 48h of delivery.
