We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email us and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Yes. All consoles, headsets, and VR headsets include a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If you get a defective item, we’ll help you with a replacement or warranty claim.
